Clean PSDs only – Layers must be well-organized and labeled. Extra fees may apply for fixing messy files.
Turnaround time may vary depending on project complexity and current queue.
I do not accept: NSFW, AI-generated art, or stolen designs.
Refund policy:
Full refund only if work hasn’t started.
50% refund if work has already begun.
No refund once the rigging is over 50% completed.

Terms of Service
By commissioning any of my services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Communication
I’m always open to communication and feedback. Please share all your ideas and preferences before and during the rigging process.
Updates and WIPs (Work In Progress) will be shared regularly unless stated otherwise.
If you wish to keep the project private, an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) fee will apply.
2. Payment
Payment options: 50/50 split (half upfront, half after completion) or 100% upfront.
All payments are non-refundable once the project is completed.
If the project is canceled mid-way, a time loss fee and compensation for completed work will still apply.
3. Files & Deliverables
The final exported files (ready-to-use for Live2D/VTuber setup) are included in the base price.
The source file (.cmo3) is not included unless specifically requested. An extra fee will apply.
Please make sure to back up your files — I do not store project files indefinitely.
4. Revisions
Unlimited revisions are available during the rigging period.
Revisions requested after delivery may require an additional fee.
Significant model art changes (e.g., redrawing parts) are not included and must be discussed with the artist first.
5. Usage & Credit
A commercial license is included with all commissions.
You must credit me as the rigger when using the model (e.g., “Rigging by [Your Name]”).
Reselling or redistributing my rigging without permission is strictly prohibited.
6. AI & Misconduct
I do not accept projects created with or containing AI-generated assets.
If you mislead me about using AI, the project will be canceled without a refund.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to harassment, discrimination, manipulation, or other disrespectful behavior.
7. Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. Please review them before commissioning.
